Kraft Foods Inc. will expand its production facility in Livingston County and create 50 full-time jobs, state officials have announced.  The Illinois-based manufacturer will receive two $125,000 grants from Empire State Development Corp. and the Division of Housing and Community Renewal through the state Community Development Block Grant program. The funding will be used to develop a new “Lunchables” lunch combinations production line at its Avon facility.
