The 2009 AWMA “Day on the Hill” promises to be a unique and historic opportunity to meet in Washington directly following the installation of a new Administration and a new Congress.The purpose of this program is to give AWMA members an opportunity to meet with their congressional leaders and their staff to discuss issues of importance to our industry. The 2008 elections have significantly changed the political landscape and now, more than ever before, it is critical that the distribution industry voice is heard in Congress.

As always, AWMA will assist our members in making their various appointments and will provide the informational materials needed to help brief lawmakers and staff on issues.
