AWMA’s Day on the Hill
AWMA’s 2007 Day on the Hill will be remembered for its expanded Day One program – which included the new White House briefing -- and for the full schedule and remarkable series of meetings with legislators and their aides on Day Two. On Thursday, May 17, 2007, AWMA members fanned out across Capitol Hill to meet with elected officials and key staffers representing Alabama, California, Illinois, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas.
