The DoD estimates it spends $1.6 billion per year in additional medical care associated with tobacco use, and on tobacco-related health information programs. The new Web site offers live online counselors who provide free cessation support, a calculator to see how much tobacco use costs over time, and games as an alternative to smoke breaks, reports AFPN.
