The Hershey Industry Performance Analysis (HIPA) is one of the most valuable member services provided by AWMA, but you must participate to receive the final report.  If you have missed today’s May 1 deadline, there is still time to submit your company’s data – if you don’t delay!

Please submit your company’s performance data directly to Profit Planning Group (PPG) – electronically or by fax to (303) 444-9245 -- as soon as possible or contact Dr. Al Bates, PPG President, and his staff at (303) 444-6212.  To obtain a copy of the survey form, follow these instructions:

1. Download the survey form from www.profitplanninggroup.com/surveys;
2. Select AWMA from the Financial Performance Survey Questionnaires list box;
3. Click the GO button next to the list box to download the file; and
4. Save the file to your hard disk before printing it or before filling it out.
