Alimentation Couche-Tard Announces Promotions
Canadian-based Alimentation Couche-Tard, parent company of U.S.-based Circle K, has announced that effective May 1 it will reorganize its divisional leadership staff by promoting Brian Hannasch to the position of Senior Vice President of U.S. operations; Bob Campau to Vice President of Administration for the U.S; and Matt McCure to Regional Vice President of the Southeast Division.
Hannasch will be responsible for most of the U.S. divisions except the West Coast. Real Plourde, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, will lead the U.S. West Coast, three regions in Canada and international franchising.
May 1 also marks the realignment from nine regional divisions to 11 which the company announced earlier this year. The previous six U.S. divisions are now reorganized into eight. Couche-Tard’s 11 North American divisions are:
- West Coast
- Southwest
- Southeast
- Great Lakes
- Gulf
- Midwest
- Florida
- Arizona
- Western Canada
- Eastern Canada
- Central Canada
